集体林经营体制的改革是林业经营体制改革的一项重要内容。本文介绍了作为集体林经营体制改革百村试点之一的南平市延平区杨厝村的基本情况,分析它在改革实施中遇到的实际问题,解决办法及所取得的成效等,总结出进行林改的几条行之有效的途径,同时对仍然存在的问题进行归纳,对农村集体林经营体制的改革具有指导意义。

System reform of collective forest management is an important point of forestry reform.This essay introduce the basic case of village Yangchuo Nanping Fujian,an attempt point of system reform of collective forest management.Analysis actual difficulty it meet through the apply,disposed approach and result it achieved.This essay also generalized several effective approach and induced several remain exist matter.It possessed directive content for system reform of collective forest management.
