摘要
目前我国中小学教师继续教育中存在的主要问题是:培训内部功能的缺失与窄化、现代教育观念与现行的培训方式相背离、忽略了培训对象成人学习的特点、混淆了情境学习与非情境学习的界限,因而导致培训效率的低下。中小学教师继续教育的发展趋势为:以教师的可持续发展为培训目标,突出培训对象的主体性;培训内容趋向综合化,在教师培训中贯彻素质教育思想;培训方式多样化,努力适应培训对象的多种需求。
