摘要
宋代实行"右文"政策,极为重视政府藏书建设,著名的崇文院、秘书省就是政府藏书楼。三馆、秘阁及秘书省总称崇文院或馆阁,馆阁藏书在借阅流通、图书编修、提供咨询三个方面发挥了其基本职能。
Song Dynasty practiced the politics of 'valuing culture',and played most att ov valuing official construction of book collection.Famous official houses of book collection included Valuing Culture Academy and Secretive Province,etc.Valuing Culture Academy,i.e.State Library included Three Houses and Secretary Cabinet.Book Collection in State Library played three basic functions such as book circulation,book layout and advice provision.
