Comments on Credit Rationing

西方信贷配给现象的提出已有50多年时间,但把信贷配给理论运用到信贷行为学中是近10余年开始的。我国信贷配给现象有其特有的社会背景,因而产生的原因及所起的作用与西方都有所不同。通过中西方信贷配给问题的对比论述,对我国信贷配给行为产生的原因及对我国商业银行信贷行为的影响和货币政策信贷传导在此层次是否顺畅得出结论。

More than fifty years ago, the phenomenon of credit rationing was advanced by western academic circles, but only in recent ten years academic circles began to apply credit rationing theory to study credit action. The phenomenon of credit rationing in China has special social background, so the cause of and the roles of this phenomenon are different form western countries. By comparing the comments of credit rationing behavior in western and China, the paper studies the cause of credit rationing behavior and its effect on Chinese commercial banks as well as the transmitting mechanism of monetary policy.
