大蒜多糖对小鼠病毒性心肌炎脂质过氧化及一氧化氮的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察大蒜多糖对实验性病毒性心肌炎小鼠脂质过氧化及一氧化氮的影响。方法 采用BALB/C小鼠腹腔注射柯萨奇病毒B3 (CVB3 )建立实验性小鼠病毒性心肌炎模型。将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、大蒜多糖Ⅰ组、大蒜多糖Ⅱ组、大蒜多糖Ⅲ组和黄芪组。注射病毒 1h后给药 ,连续 7d ,于第 8天处死存活鼠。观察小鼠存活率及心肌病理变化 ,测定血清心肌酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮含量。结果 大蒜多糖各组与黄芪组小鼠存活率明显高于模型组 ,心肌组织病理损伤减轻 ,血清心肌酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮含量明显降低。结论 大蒜多糖可能通过抑制脂质过氧化反应及一氧化氮的产生 。 Objective It is to observe the effect of Garlic polysaccharide on lipid peroxidation and nitric oxide (NO) in experimental mice of viral myocarditis model. Methods Viral myocarditis model was created by intraperitoneal inoculation with coxsackievirus B 3 (CVB 3) solution. Mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Garlic polysaccharide group Ⅰ (GP group Ⅰ), Garlic polysaccharide group Ⅱ (GP group Ⅱ), Garlic polysaccharide group Ⅲ (GP group Ⅲ) and Astragalus membranaceus Bge group (AM group). An hour after CVB 3 infection, the mice in GP groups and AM group were treated with Garlic polysaccharide and Astragalus membranaceus Bge respectively for seven days. The survival rate and the myocardial histopathology changes were observed. The serum myocardial enzyme, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and NO were determined. Results The survival rates in GP groups were higher than that in the model group. The myocardial damage, the serum myocardial enzyme, the serum MDA and NO in GP groups reduced more than those in the model group. Conclusion Garlic polysaccharide may has the protective and therapeutic effect on viral myocarditis through inhibiting lipid peroxidation and the action of NO.
