摘要
试验研究了龟纹瓢虫对菊小长管蚜的捕食功能反应。结果表明 ,在恒温 2 5℃ ,相对湿度 80 %的条件下 ,龟纹瓢虫成虫捕食菊小长管蚜末龄若虫或成虫的功能反应为HollingⅡ型反应 ,其捕食反应的功能方程为 :1/Na =0 .96 0 9× (1/N) +0 .0 0 85 5 ,在一昼夜里 ,一头瓢虫的最大捕食量为 117.0头 ,捕食一头蚜虫需 0 .0 0 85 5d。
The functional response of propylea japonica to prey on macrosiphum sanborni was investigated in the laboratory. In the constant temperature of 25℃ and the relative humidity of 80%,the function reaction of propylea japonica imago preying on macrosiphum sanborni shows the Holling Ⅱ tape. The equation is: 1/Na=0.9609*(1/N)+0.00855. For a lady beetle within a day and a night, the most predatory numbers is 117.0, the time for preying on a aphid is 0.00855 day.
