摘要
企业人力资源管理中最大的问题出在中层 ,而中层主管是企业组织中非常重要的角色 ,具有非常特殊的地位。目前 ,我国企业经营者对中层主管认识不足 ,重视不够。就现代企业应采取什么方法留住中层主管作一些探讨。
The most serious problem of human resources manageme nt in enterprises is the issue of the middle-level management. However, the mid-le vel directors take special position and play a very important role in enterprise organization. At present, Chinese enterprise executives cannot fully recognize the importance of mid-level directors and give them enough and suitable attenti on. This article discusses how modern enterprises should reserve the mid-level d irectors.
