摘要
采用微波辐射法提取橙皮、柚皮的挥发油。结果表明最佳的萃取条件为 :10 0 g果皮在 36 0w下 ,用30 0ml正己烷萃取 5 0s ,柚皮油得率为 1.73% ,橙皮油得率为 0 .6 5 %。
The essence oil of Citrus Grandis Peel and Orange Peel were extracted by the microwave method in this article. The results show that the best condition of extracting was when 100g Peel was extracted at 360w with n_hexane for 50s, the obtained rate of pomelo oil is 1.73% and orange oi1 is 0.65%.
