摘要
本文研究用模拟移动床 (SMB)色谱分离木糖醇母液中的主要成分———木糖和木糖醇 ,并优化分离条件。首先选择SMB中的最佳固定相 ,比较不同离子形式、粒径的 732离子交换树脂分离木糖和木糖醇混合液的分离度 ,筛选出 15 0~ 180 μm的钙型树脂为适合的固定相 ,单柱上分离度为 0 .97;然后用SMB分离木糖、木糖醇混合液 ,优化操作条件 ,使分离后的木糖、木糖醇质量分数分别为 99.3%、99.8%。
In this paper we study on separating xylose and xylitol with simulated moving bed(SMB) chromatography. At first we choose the stationary phase of SMB, and compare the separation result of different resins on single column, and determine that 732Ca 2+ ion exchange resin, whose diameter is 150~180μm, is the most suitable stationary phase. The degree of separation is 0.97. Then we separate the mixed solution with SMB. Optimizing the conditions of separation, we gain the satisfactory result which the purity of xylose is 99.3%, and the purity of xylitol is 99.8%.
