摘要
自高原湖泊阳宗海中分离得到一株类胡萝卜素高产光合细菌 ,命名为Zl。在优化的培养基中添加10 ppmFe3 +及 180 ppmMg2 +,于 30℃ ,光照为 10 0 0lux ,厌氧的最适条件下培养 4天后 ,类胡萝卜素的产量可达 5 0 .2mg/ g。对该色素制品进行一系列性质研究后表明 ,该色素溶液对光照、温度、酸碱的耐受性较好 ;对真核生物有良好的紫外线防护作用 ,在培养基中其含量为 1mg/L时 ,保护率已超过 6 0 %。
A strain of Phodopseudomonas Zl,which contains high content of carotenoid,is isolated from Yangzonghai Lake which is a plateau lake in Yunnan province. The optimum culture conditions of is 30℃, 1000lux,and Fe 3+ ,10ppm,Mg 2+ ,180ppm in meduium,anaerobic culture for 4 days. Under the conditions above,the yield of carotenoid is 50.2mg/g. The studies indicate that the pigment can endure sunlight, temperature and acid to some degree,The ultraviolet_protection of pigment is very advantage to eukaryota,when its concentration is 1mg/L in medium,the protective rate exceeds 60%.
