摘要
试验用膏剂法进行高频加热渗硼。其特点是:(1)涂敷渗硼膏剂后,再在外面涂一层保护涂层,可以在不用保护性气氛下直接进行高频加热处理;(2)用间断加热的方法控制温度,使基体组织基本不受影响;(3)A3、45、35CrMo、T10等钢经10~20min的渗硼,可获得40~60μm的致密硼化物层;(4)在渗硼开始阶段(10min内)
In this paper, a special pasty boronizing method by high frequency inducion h(?)ating has been used. The characteristics of this method are as follows: (1)Boronizing agent applied to the surface of a part is covered by a protective coatng, So that the part can be treated directly under the condition of non-protective atmosphere; (2)Temperature is controlled by interrupteted heating method, so the original structure basically can not be affected. (3)Dense boride layers of 40~60μm have been obtained for A3, 45, 35CrMo, T10 steels in the time of 10-20minutes. (4) In the initial stage of boronizing(10min), the boronizing depth is proportional to the heating time.
