环磷酰胺在儿童风湿性疾病中应用

摘要 环磷酰胺(CTX)作为一种细胞毒性药物,被广泛应用于肿瘤化疗中.同时,由于其具有较强的免疫抑制作用,在自身免疫性疾病中也得到了越来越多的应用.近年来,CTX被用于儿童风湿性疾病,用以治疗较严重及有致命性的自身免疫性疾病,已取得较好的疗效.但可能产生的毒副作用是影响其临床应用的主要障碍.现对CTX的作用机制、目前在儿童风湿性疾病中的应用现状及其副作用综述如下.
