摘要
通过对钢板冷却过程中物理数学模型的研究,探讨了汽车大梁板宽弯不合的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法,使宽弯合格率由50%提高至85%。
The causes of out-of-standard wide bending of plate for automobile frame were analyzed based on the research of physical and mathematical models during cooling of plateSo,the relevant resolving measures were put forward,and the percent of pass was increased from 50% to 85%
