摘要
以AutoCAD为平台,运用模块化设计的思想,开发了一种数控图形自动编程系统。从图形的绘制、输入、信息的取用、预处理到工艺干预、后置处理、生成NC代码及校验等,对三大模块的结构、功能、原理和工作方式作了详细描述,体现了CAD/CAM一体化的优越性。
Under the environment of AutoCAD, by using the method of modulized design, a NC graphic programming system is developed. In terms of drawing or inputting graph, getting related information graph preprocessing, technology inteference, post processing, producing and checking NC program, the paper introduces the construction, function, principle and work modes in detail and shows the superiority of CAD/CAM technology.
