摘要
提出了一种使用PLC(可编程序控制器 )作为核心单元的计量泵行程控制系统 ,并且PLC与系统中其它单元的互连仅通过开关量I/O点实现。分析了开关量信号接入模式下行程位移量调节过程中采样测量时间上的滞后引入的控制误差与采样周期的关系 。
The scheme of the metering pump stroke control making use of PLC is presented.The connections of the PLC to the units of the control system are implemented with the basic I/O unit (or I/O points). The relation of the control error, induced with the sample measurment, to the sample period has been analyzed and the choice of the sample period is also given.
