摘要
介绍了微等离子体氧化工艺用于铝合金表面生成黑色陶瓷膜的技术,分析了各种工艺参数对膜层色泽的影响,并讨论了着色工艺中易出现的缺陷及其解决措施。
This work has developed black ceramic coating technology by MPO(Microplasma Oxidation)on aluminum alloy surface.The affecting factors on the properties of ceramic layer are analyzed .The formation and prevention of defects during the process are also discussed.
