摘要
介绍了一种用微波等离子体处理消声瓦橡胶以提高表面湿润性的方法,并用蒸馏水和醇对接触角进行测定。结果表明,经微波等离子体的作用,消声瓦橡胶表面由非极性变成极性,表面能增加,接触角减小,亲水性增强,表面湿润性得到很大改善。
The method for improving surface wettability of styrene butadiene rubber using microwave plasma is provided in this paper.The drops on the surface which were oxidized in microwave plasma display a considerably lower contact angle what is an expression of a higher surface energy and a higher hydrophilicity with water and athanol, and the surface wettability is greatly improved.
