摘要
利用激光熔凝的方法,对铸铁凸轮轴进行了表面改性试验。通过三组不同参数的比较试验,获得了提高其性能的优化工艺参数,经对熔凝层显微组织观察,发现合金组织细小,表面硬度显著提高,达到了提高寿命的目的。
Utilizing laser melting for surface modification of low alloy cast iron camshaft has been performed. To improve properties of the hardening layer, the optimum parameter of laser melting has been discovered by three series experiments. The thinness alloy structure has been observed from microstructure by SEM, it increases surface hardness, and prolongs cast iron camshaft's service life.
