摘要
化学镀镍是一种新型的表面处理工艺,镀层具有耐蚀、耐摩擦、耐温和传热系数高等特点。某润滑油公司第三套糠醛精制装置自1996年在腐蚀严重的水冷器换-14 1、2碳钢管束及1997年在抽真空水封罐容-8上使用该项技术后,至今效果显著,未发现有腐蚀穿孔现象。这种防腐新技术具有较大的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广。
The chemistry Nickle plating is a new surface treatment craft, the plating layer is noted for its' corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and high transmit heat coefficient etc. The third furfural refined device of one lubricant company has used this technique in the carbon steel tubes of the exchanger-14/1,2 since 1996, which had serious corrosion, and in the vessel-8 since 1997, until now it achieved remarkable success, and did not discover the corrosion boring phenomenon. The new technique of this kind of antisepsis has the bigger economic performance and the social performance, and deserve to be application and dissemination.
