摘要
文中针对某型雷达8μs方波发生器样品在热带海洋性大气环境和内陆工业大气环境下进行棚下暴露试验中的失效行为和元器件表面处理层的失效原因进行了分析,初步找出了在不同大气环境下引起样品失效的主要环境因素。
The quadrate waveform generator has period of 8μs was failure analyzed after exposed in the shed under the environments of tropic seashore and inland industry climate. The primary factors are found, which lead the failure of military electro-parts in different climate.
