摘要  介绍了碳纤维表面电镀镍的工艺流程。探讨了碳纤维的去胶方法,通过正交实验方法研究了碳纤维增重率、电阻值变化率与电流强度、电镀时间的关系,优化了电镀镍的工艺条件。结果表明:采用灼烧法在400℃灼烧5min,去胶完全;采用电流强度100mA dm2,电镀时间为6min时镀层质量稳定。该法获得的碳纤维镀镍层均匀、致密、表面光亮、结合力强,并具有良好导电性。 The process of nickel plating was introduced in this paper. Methods of eliminating the adhesion agent on carbon fiber were described, The relationship between weight increasing ratio of carbon fiber or resistance changing ratio of carbon fiber with current intensity,plating time was studied, and the technical conditions of nikel plating were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the adhesion is eliminated completely by the method of burning 5 min at 400℃ and the deposit quality is stable under 100 mA /dm2 current ,6min time providing . The nickel deposit of carbon fiber obtained by this method is uniform ,compact,adhesive and has good conductance.
