摘要
详细介绍了GDS辉光放电光谱仪的发展概况、基本工作原理、设备的基本配置与构成以及性能特点等。用实例介绍了在金属材料的镀层表面逐层分析中的应用。最后展望了GDS在表面处理行业的应用前景。
WT A new instrument-Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry is introduced.The development of GDS and its working principle,machine composing and characteristic have been detailed in this paper. Actual applications of this instrument in the areas of surface analysis are showed also.At last,it brings forward the bright future of the instrument in the application of surface processing area.
