摘要
介绍了低成本VSAT的射频功率放大链的射频仿真设计情况。在仿真中,根据应用环境以及技术指标的要求,通过利用ANSOFT symphony软件进行了系统仿真选择了放大链路的放大级数以及各级的增益和功率输出值,同时,依据电路的空间要求以及低成本要求,选择了各级放大器的电路形式、采用的器件和基片材料,对各级放大电路利用MWOFFICE软件进行了仿真设计。并根据大系统的要求对该放大链提供了功率检测控制点和功率控制开关。研制结果该电路在5925MHz^6425MHz范围内增益为67分贝、通道起伏小于2分贝,输出功率为5W,开关比为30分贝,满足系统指标要求。
The paper presents the simulating and designing of the VSAT RF power amplified chain. Based on the applying environment and the technique requirement, by using ANSOFT symphony,we design the number of the stages, the gain of each stage and the output power of each stage. Based on the requirement of low cost and small volume, we chose the configuration——active devices and substrate material of each stage of circuit,and meanwhile use MWOFFICE to design the circuits. According the requirement of system, some power detecting and controlling points are added. From the results of design and development, the circuits can provide 67dB gain、5W output power、±1dBpp pass band ripple from 5925MHz to 6425MHz, and the isolation of the channel switching is larger than 40dB.
