摘要
符号定时同步是高清晰度数字电视COFDM传输系统中极为关键的问题。本文通过仿真分析和实际电路测试,指出仅靠时域部分的符号同步是不能满足系统高精确性要求的,据此经Matlab 和Quartus仿真,给出一种频域中的符号细同步算法,设计出基于FPGA的相应硬件电路经HDTV功能样机调试表明,时域和频域部分联合确定符号同步位置的方法性能优越且易于实现。
Symbol timing synchronization is a most crucial problem in HDTV COFDM transmission system. Through computer simulations and the actual circuit testing, this paper points out that it can't meet the requirement for high system accuracy with the symbol synchronization only in time domain. A fine symbol synchronization algorithm in frequency domain is given with Matlab and Quartus simulation. The correspondent designed circuit based on FPGA through testing process in functional HDTV shows its easiness to be implemented and the excellent performance for determining the symbol initial position both in time and frequency domain.
