摘要
对汽油机油、柴油机油模拟评定方法进行了论述 ,并对导致内燃机油油泥、漆膜、积炭和烟炱的生成机理与其相关模拟台架试验的相关性进行分析 ,结果认为 :汽油机油模拟评定试验已有了相当数量 ,有的被列入规格 ,而柴油机油只停留在模拟CD水平 ,部分模拟试验方法有一定的局限性。
The simulation evaluation methods of gasoline engine oils and diesel engine oils are reviewed.The correlation between the mechanism of formation of oil sludge,lacquer,carbon deposit and soot both in gasoline and diesel engines and their relative bench tests is analyzed.The results show that there are many simulation evaluation tests for gasoline engine oils and some of them have been listed at specification.Evaluation tests for diesel engine oils only are the CD level,showing the limitation of the simulation test methods.
