润滑脂的流变性质包括稠度、触变性和相似粘度,而锥入度是一个与润滑脂的保持能力、密封性及输送和加脂方式相关的重要指标,润滑脂结构特性决定于皂纤维强度、皂纤维之间的相互作用。相似粘度指标在不同剪切速度下决定润滑脂的使用性能,用户可以根据轴承类型、使用环境等正确选择和使用润滑脂、确定润滑脂的填充量。
Rheological properties of lubricating greases include consistency,rheopecticity and resembling viscosity.However,Cone penetration is a key factor related to consistency retentivity,seal compatibility and the way to lubricate the equipments.The structure of greases depends on the strength of the soap fibres and the interaction among soap fibres.Besides,the resembling viscosity under different shearing velocities determines the performances of lubricating greases.The selection and application of the lubricating greases and the determination of treating level should depend on the types of bearings and surroundings.
