摘要 通过大量实验数据统计证明,均匀实验设计方法可以用于油品的抗氧化性能研究中。通过对多种抗氧剂进行筛选,选择合适的抗氧剂为AntiO1和AntiO6复配,再辅以防锈剂及抗乳化剂等,利用"老三套"工艺生产的南阳基础油成功研制出DAG32空气压缩机油,其各项性能指标优良、寿命达3500h,并通过西安交通大学的台架实验。 It was found that the method of uniform design could be used in the research of anti oxidation property of lube oil through a great deal of test data.AntiO1 and AntiO6 were screened out from many kinds of anti oxidants,then adding the rust preventer and emulsion inhibitor.DAG32 air compressor oil was developed with Nanyang base oil from the old three sets.The bench test of Xi′an Jiaotong University indicated that it could be used for 3500 h,with excellent performance indexes.
