用大庆加氢基础油研制CD15W/40油

THE DEVELOPMENT OF CD 15W/40 DIESEL ENGINE OIL WITH DAQING HYDROCRACKED BASE OIL

以清净剂、无灰分散剂、抗氧抗腐抗磨剂和辅助抗氧剂研制柴油机油复合剂,以6.5%的加剂量应用于大庆加氢基础油(Ⅲ类基础油)中调制的CD15W/40柴油机油,通过实验室理化分析、模拟测试和Caterpillar1G2及CRCL 38台架试验,证明产品质量符合GB11122-1997和APICD油标准要求,达到国内领先水平,并且具有良好的性能价格比。

The CD 15W/40 diesel engine oil is developed by using Daqing hydrocracked base oil and the dose of 6.5% of diesel engine package which is made of metal detergent,ashless dispersant,anti-oxidation & anti-corrosion & anti-wear agent and anti-oxidant aid. Through laboratory physico-chemical analysis,simulation test and engine bench evaluation tests like Caterpillar 1G2 and CRC L-38,the results show that this product can meet the requirements of GB 11122-1997 and API CD standards and reach the advanced level in China,with excellent performance/price ratio.
