摘要
实验室进行RHY4022中负荷工业齿轮油复合剂的调配工艺研究和应用研究,结果表明使用硫化烯烃、硫磷氮化合物、LAN312、硫化脂肪酰胺等添加剂调配的RHY4022中负荷工业齿轮油,以1.6%剂量可以调制150中负荷工业齿轮油,1.4%剂量可调制320、460中负荷工业齿轮油,质量均达到GB5903-95规格要求。
The preparation and application of RHY4022 additive package for middle-duty industrial gear oils were studied at laboratory.The results showed that this package was prepared by sulfurized olefin,S-P-N containing compound,LAN312,boroned fattiness amide and other additives,with 1.5% of dosage for 150 middle-duty industrial gear oil and 1.4% of dosage for 320 and 460 middle-duty industrial gear oils.Their qualities could meet the requirements of GB 5903-95.
