通过分析东风康明斯发动机有限公司所处的外部环境和内在条件,提出了公司总的发展战略。在此基础上制定出公司技术创新战略目标和所选择的技术创新战略,并就如何实施公司技术创新战略作了阐述。
Through the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of DongFeng Cummins, a generaldevelopment strategy is drawn up. And on the base of it, the aim of the companys technological innovative strategy, thecontent of the selected strategy and how to carry it out are formulated.
