摘要
结合我国数字化信息资源建设实际 ,在信息采集与交换过程中终端用户、侵权产品使用、拆封合同、作品上载等方面知识产权风险分析基础上 ,提出了规避知识产权风险的对策。
With the analysis of intellectual property risk in the procession of library collecting and document exchanging,the paper suggested some countermeasures against the possible infringement.
