本文从高校信息服务的能力结构入手 ,对当前高校信息服务的特征加以分析 ,探讨了高校信息服务体系设计的原则及其指标体系。

This text proceeded with ability structure of information service in the university. It has analysed the characteristic of information service in present university and probed into the principles of information service and designed its index system. We hope it helpful to the university information service.
