摘要
法律位阶制度是解决法律冲突的一项法律制度 ,性质上不应当仅仅是一种立法制度而同时也应该是一种司法制度。目前 ,我国的法律位阶制度还存在诸多不完善的地方 ,有待进一步加以完善。
The legal hierarchy system is a legal system for solving legal disputes, which should be not noly a legislative system but also judiciary one in nature. At present, there are many imperfect aspects in China's hierarchy system, which needs further improving.
