该工艺把烧结和渗硼两个独立工序合并为一个工序。通过对渗层结构分析及性能测定,证明铁基烧结零件烧结渗硼一体化工艺十分成功,能获得厚度大,性能好的Fe_2B单相渗(?)。

A new technology of boriding carried out together with sintering for the Fe-base sinter parts is introduced in this paper. It is showed by structure analysis of the case and properties measurement that this new technology is very successful fo(?) obta(?) (?)i(?)g the single Fe_2B phase in the case.
