On Restricted Factors of the Quality Guarantee of Jiangxi Higher Vocational Education

随着高等职业教育招生规模的扩大 ,在基础设施和教师资源等日趋紧张的背景下 ,如何确保高等职业教育办学质量 ,值得关注。但目前高等职业教育在办学过程中存在的专业特色模糊、结构失调、教师结构的适应性不强、教学硬件滞后等问题 ,都是江西高等职业教育发展的制约因素。

With the expansion of enrollment in Jiangxi higher vocational education and in the case of basic facilities and teacher resources are increasingly in short supply,it should be concerned how to guarantee the higher vocational education quality. But at present there exist some problems in the process of running a school, such as the vague professional features, the imbalanced structure, the unadaptable teacher team. Therefore, the restricted factors were formed.
