There exists an inner-relationship between philosophical categories and ways of thinking. In a certain age, the 'nets' that philosophical categories have woven form ways of thinking of that age, whose characteristics are both determined and reflected by those of the former. The evolution of the system of categories also determines and reflects changes of ways of thinking. The optimization of the system of categories is essential to the optimization of ways of thinking.
