我国高等教育行政管理体制创新的思考

On the System Innovation of the Public Administration of China's Higher Education after the Entry into the WTO

随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国高等教育行政管理体制得到了进一步的改革和完善,但仍存在一些缺陷。特别是WTO的加入,给我国的高等教育发展带来了巨大的冲击:既为我国的高等教育提供了新的机遇和发展空间,又给我国高等教育带来了新的挑战。为了因势利导、应对挑战,我们必须创新和构建入世后适应我国的高等教育行政管理体制。

With the development of the market economy, the public administration system of China's higher education has gained further reform and perfection,but it still has some defects. The entry into the WTO has lunched great impact on the development of China's higher education. It not only offers new opportunities and open space, but brings new challenges to the development of higher education.To take full advantages of the opportunities and meet the challenges, the public administration system of China's higher education should be further improved.
