摘要
本文介绍了用2kW CO_2激光器对486Q汽油机合金铸铁凸轮轴进行激光表面处理的试验结果。表明选用螺旋式激光扫描方式,可使凸轮轴局部表面形成螺旋状硬化带,其硬化层组织为极细莱氏体、细针状马氏体,硬化效果显著。现场装机进行耐久试验的最大磨损为0.009mm。磨损平均值0.007mm,使用寿命提高3倍。硬化后的同轴变形均≤0.05mm,充分显示出激光表面热处理的优越性。
In this paper, the experiment of laser surface hardening with 2kW CO_2 laser for the cam-shaft made of alloy-cast iron was introduced. The results show that the spiral hardening band on the cam-shaft is formed by spiral scanning, and the structure in the hardened case are extremely fine ledeburite and fine martensite leading to remarkable hardenability. In the running test, the maximum wear value is 0.009mm, and the average wear value is 0.007mm, the coaxial deformation is≤0.05mm, the service life of cam-shaft can be prolonged to 3 times, the advantage of laser surface hardening is very remarkable.
