汉字字形系统与印刷字形规范

On the System of Chinese Characters and the Standardization of Printed Characters

为了贯彻《中华人民共和国通用语言文字法》 ,搞好新形势下的语言文字的标准化、规范化 ,国家语委于2002年10月立项研制《规范汉字表》 ,对于汉字字形进行新的规范。汉字字形体系是一种由诸多要素组成的层级结构的有特定功能的有机整体。汉字字形内的系统与元素之间 ,元素与元素之间等内部矛盾及其运动决定着字形的特质及其发展变化。规范汉字字形 ,应该从字形的内在矛盾及其规律出发 ,结合汉字的职能、汉字的历史和现状 ,制定必要的原则与方法。这些原则是 :整理字形要从整字的各个层次及其相互之间的联系着手 ;整理字形要从字形的表达功能、书写功能、审美功能综合考虑而以表达功能为主 ;整理字形要正确处理继承和发展的关系。

Every Chinese character has its inner contradiction and its regularity.To standardize the Chinese characters,we should start from the inner contradiction and its regularity;combine with its function,its history and the present situation of the character and then formulate a set of principles and methods.The following are some of the principles:We should start from the respective parts of a whole character and their relationships in between.We should have a comprehensive consideration on the writing function and the aesthetic function and above all the expressive function.We should handle properly the relationship between inheritance and developˉment.
