Strategic Study on Introducing Transnational Direct Investment in China

面对跨国直接投资的全球走势和日益激烈的国际引资竞争,我国引资策略必须在兼顾具体国情的情况下有所调整。今后我国引资工作的重点应涵盖以下几个方面:抓好引资行业布局,拓展跨国购并的引资方式,扩大中西部地区引资规模及进一步改善引资环境。

Confronted with the global trend of transnational direct investment and the increasingly fierce international competition of foreign investment introduction, the Chinese strategy about introducing transnational direct investment must be revised according to China's actual conditions. And from now on , the emphases of foreign investment introduction in China should include the following aspects; Paying special attention to the over-all arrangement of industry, developing the method of transnational merge for foreign investment introduction,enlarging the scale of foreign investment introduction in the central and western areas and further improving investment climate.
