我国发展高新技术产业存在的问题及对策

高新技术产业化已成为新经济时代最明显的特征。我国高新技术产业经过多年持续稳定的增长,高新技术总量规模持续扩大,形成了若干高新技术增长点,但与世界先进水平相比,还存在许多深层次的问题。本文就我国高新技术产业发展过程中存在的问题,提出了解决的对策。
