摘要
目前,许多国有上市公司为激励经理人而采用了源于西方国家的股票期权计划,本文从市场、法律及其自身的角度对该项激励制度在中国实践中遇到的障碍作了分析,并提出有效的对策建议。
Many State-owned going on market enterprises adopt executive stock option which stems from western countries in order to encourage their managers now. This paper analyzes obstacles that Chinese state-owned going on market enterprises meet with in process of ESP which was executed in China from three views; market, law, itself) At last, it provides efficient countermeasures and suggestions.
