摘要
网络环境下参考咨询服务工作的信息资源、信息需求、服务方式、业务范围、馆员角色等要素发生了变化,因此,在网络环境下开展参考咨询服务,必须树立以用户为中心的服务理念,通过追求最大信息需求量、加强信息资源建设、加强网上咨询台建设、重视对用户信息能力的培养和加强参考馆员队伍建设等措施,使参考咨询服务在传统的基础上再上一个新台阶。
Under the network circumstance, the factors of reference service work which include information resources, the needs of information, service patterns,scopesof professional work and the roles for library staffs have been changed. The paper also puts forward that in order to carry out the reference service, the concept of user-center must be set up. By means of pursuing maximum information, stressing information resources and online consulting desk, cultivating user's information capability, improving the qualities of information consultants, reference service can be improved further on the traditional basis.
