国有企业实施ERP系统的现状及对策研究

Present Condition and Countermeasure Research of Practicing ERP System in the State-owned Enterprise

国有企业在实施ERP系统过程中存在很多问题,主要有实施环境不成熟,企业重视不够,没有对企业业务流程进行重组、规范和管理,信息化基础不完备,实施系统耗资巨大,组织实施任务艰巨等。并在此基础上,提出了我国国有企业有效实施ERP系统的对策建议。

State-owned enterprises have many problems in the process of practicing the ERP system.It mainly includes the following: the environment is not mature, enterprises don't pay enough attention to it;they don't reorganize, standardize and manage enterprises' process; the foundation of information is not perfect s practising system costs too much money and the mission is hard and so on . On the basis of this, the author brings forward the imple-mental suggestions.
