摘要
本文较系统地研究了在钢制炉膛内以BCl_3+H_2为主的气体渗硼规律,优选出用少量BCl_3仍可获得高质量渗硼层的气体渗硼工艺,并直接获得单相Fe_2B渗层。
In this paper, the law of gas boroniziag process in the steel chamber of a furnace with the gases of mainly BCl_3 and H_2 was studied. By optimization of the gas baronizing parameters, an exc(?)llent boronized layer with siugle phase Fe_2B (?)an be obtained.
