摘要
探讨了运用被动安全防护技术实施城市轨道动车组耐撞击性能系统设计的总体思想,并以某城市轨道车辆部分低地板动车组为研究对象,采用非线性动态有限元技术,进行了耐撞击系统设计和结构撞击仿真分析。结果表明了撞击能量的有效耗散和车体结构的有序变形,验证了设计的合理性和可行性。
The overall thought of application of the passive safety protection technology in the design and research of the crashworthiness of urban railcar sets is discussed. And the design of the crashworthy system as well as the simulation analysis of the structure crash is made with some low floor railcar sets in a city as the research object, and with application of the non-linear finite element technique. The results show the effective dissipation of the crash energy and the ordered deformation of the car-body structure, so that the reasonability and feasibility of the design are verified.
