MARKET ECONOMY AND SOCIAL JUSTICE

人类社会的历史就是一部不断争取建立更为公正的社会秩序的历史。人们对于社会公正的认识和追求社会公正的实践,经历了一个不断发展的过程。在社会主义市场经济条件下,社会公正具有与以往任何历史时期不同的内涵和特点,目前在我国社会生活各个领域,还不同程度地存在着社会不公的问题。我们对此必须给予高度的关注,并努力促使社会公正的普遍实现。

The history of human society is just one of striving to establish a fairer public order. Man's realization of social justice and practice of pursuing it have undergone a gradual process. On condition of socialist market economy, social justice is marked by quite different connotations and characteristics from any historical periods in the past. Up to the present moment, there exist problems of social unjustice in various degreess in every field in the social life in our country. We must show concern for these and strive to facilitate the universal realization of social justice.
