柴油机缸套离子渗硫的实验效果 被引量:1

The Experimental Results of Ion-sulphurizing for Cylindrical Sleeve of Diesel Engine

摘要 辉光离子渗硫可使柴油机缸套表面得到厚达50μm的FeS层,改善表面润滑性能,使X85柴油机节约燃油2g/Hp·h,节约滑油0.67g/Hp·h,可以抵抗"拉缸"(恶性磨损),本文试用摩擦磨损理论加以解释。 The glow discharge ion-sulphurizing test results show thai a depth of 50μm FeS layer can be obtained on the surface of cylindrical sleeve, therefore the lubrication of the sleeve surface is improved. For example, 2g/Hp. h of diesel oil and 0.67g/Hp.h of lubricant oil can be saved, and heavy wear can be resisted. The authors try to diucribe the mechanism with the theory of friction and wear.
