Capital Prediction Method for Scientific Research by Time-Series Model

利用时序分析的方法研究了数据较少、信息短缺情况下的图解预测法 ,并把这种预测方法运用于科研资金预估中 ,结果表明其精确度可以满足要求 ,并有较好的实用性。

A diagrammatizing way is studied by time-series analysis on condition of a little data and shortage of information in this paper. This method is used in scientific research capital prediction. The result shows that the accuracy is satisfactory and the practicality is good.
