摘要
提出了一套灵活有效的基于SLA的业务管理方法.利用递归的方法进行业务建模,分不同视点构造业务拓扑管理模型,采用自上而下的方法确定SLA管理策略以及告警机制.并利用仿真实验证明了该方法能最大限度地反映网络和网元对业务性能的影响,并能区分对待享有不同优先级别的用户,适用于未来提供分级业务的复杂网络环境和商业模式.
Presents a flexible and efficient method of SLA oriented service management. Recursion is used to model the service. Multi-view method is adopted to build the service topology model. Top down approach is used to define the SLA management mechanism. In the end, demonstration is used to show that the method could prioritize users of different service levels, analyze the fault impact and fit for the complicated business model and network implementation in the near future.
